PICKLEVO Privacy Policy

1. Overview

PICKLEVO (“the app”) is a pickleball practice companion for iPhone and iPad. We respect your privacy and handle only the information needed to provide the app’s features.

2. Information stored on your device

The app stores the following information only on your device:

Practice menus you create and their progress
Timer settings and presets
Strategy board contents
Challenge settings and play results (which courses you hit, ready-position checks, and scores)
App settings such as language, theme, and volume

This information is used solely to provide the app’s features and is never sent to the developer or any third party. You can edit or delete it within the app. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.

3. Data collection

The app contains no advertising, tracking, third-party analytics SDKs, user accounts, or cloud sync. Nothing about your practice, and nothing from the camera, leaves your device.

The only information sent off the device is related to in-app purchases. See section 4 below.

4. In-app purchases (PICKLEVO Plus)

Some features are unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase, PICKLEVO Plus. Purchases are processed and entitlements are checked through RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., United States).

What is sent

Purchase history (which product was bought, and when)
The purchase receipt issued by Apple
An anonymous identifier RevenueCat assigns to this device
Technical details needed to process the purchase, such as device model and OS version

What is not sent

Your name, email address, Apple ID, or any other personal information
Practice menus, timers, strategy boards, or Challenge results
Camera video or microphone audio

How it is used

This information is used only to confirm purchases, restore purchases, and prevent fraud. It is never used for advertising or tracking, and it is never linked to your name. If you do not make a purchase, no purchase information is sent.

5. Camera, microphone, and speech recognition

These permissions are used only while you play Challenge. No other feature (Timer, Practice Menu, Strategy Board) uses them.

Camera

The front camera feed is analyzed on your device in real time to track your body position and the ball, so the app can judge hits and check your ready position.

Video is never recorded or saved. Analysis happens in memory and each frame is discarded immediately after processing.
Neither the video nor anything derived from it is sent to the developer or any third party, and nothing is written to your photo library.
What remains on the device is only numeric records: which course you hit, ready-position checks, and your score.

Microphone and speech recognition

Used so you can control a session by voice (“start”, “stop”) while you play. You can turn this off with the Voice control setting.

Audio is never recorded or saved.
Speech recognition prefers on-device recognition when your device supports it. If it does not, Apple’s speech recognition service may process the audio, governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
The developer never receives any audio data.

Granting permission

iOS asks for these permissions the first time you open Challenge. You can decline and still use the app: Timer, Practice Menu, and Strategy Board work without restriction. You can revoke permission at any time in the iOS Settings app.

6. Children’s privacy

The app does not collect names, contact details, dates of birth, or any other personal information. In-app purchases involve only purchase history, never information that identifies a person. It is not offered in the App Store Kids category.

7. Health and medical notice

The app helps you plan and run practice sessions. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, is not intended to prevent injury, and does not replace professional coaching.

8. Changes to this policy

If data handling changes because of new features, this policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on the support page.

1. 基本方針

PICKLEVO（以下「本アプリ」）は、ピックルボールの練習を補助するiPhone・iPad向けアプリです。本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、必要な範囲を超えて情報を取り扱いません。

2. 端末内に保存する情報

本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。

作成した練習メニューと進行状況
タイマーの設定とプリセット
戦術ボードの内容
チャレンジの設定と、プレイ結果（命中したコース、構えの判定、スコア）
表示言語、テーマ、音量などのアプリ設定

これらの情報は本アプリの機能提供にのみ使用し、開発者または第三者へ送信しません。各データはアプリ内から編集・削除できます。アプリを削除した場合、端末内のアプリデータもすべて削除されます。

3. 外部へのデータ収集

本アプリは、広告、行動追跡、外部分析SDK、ユーザーアカウント、クラウド同期を使用していません。練習の内容やカメラの映像を端末外へ送ることもありません。

端末外へ送られるのは、アプリ内課金に関する情報だけです。詳しくは次の「4. アプリ内課金」をご覧ください。

4. アプリ内課金（PICKLEVO Plus）

一部の機能は買い切りのアプリ内課金「PICKLEVO Plus」で解放します。購入の処理と、購入済みかどうかの判定には、課金管理サービス RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc. / 米国）を利用しています。

送られる情報

購入履歴（どの商品を、いつ購入したか）
Appleが発行する購入レシート
RevenueCatがこの端末を識別するために発行する匿名のID
端末の種類やOSバージョンなど、課金処理に必要な技術情報

送られない情報

氏名、メールアドレス、Apple ID などの個人情報
練習メニュー、タイマー、戦術ボード、チャレンジの結果
カメラの映像、マイクの音声

取扱い

これらの情報は、購入の確認、購入の復元、不正利用の防止のためにのみ使用します。広告や行動追跡には使用せず、利用者の氏名等と結び付けることもありません。購入しない場合、課金に関する情報が送られることはありません。

5. カメラ・マイク・音声認識

「チャレンジ」の練習中のみ、次の権限を使用します。ほかの機能（タイマー、練習メニュー、戦術ボード）では一切使用しません。

カメラ

前面カメラの映像から、利用者の姿勢とボールの位置を端末内でリアルタイムに解析し、命中判定と構え（レディーポジション）の判定に使います。

映像は録画・保存しません。解析はメモリ上で行い、フレームは処理後ただちに破棄します。
映像やそこから作られたデータを、開発者や第三者へ送信しません。写真ライブラリにも保存しません。
端末に残るのは、命中したコース番号・構えの判定・スコアといった数値の記録だけです。

マイクと音声認識

練習中に「開始」「停止」などの音声コマンドで操作するために使用します（設定の「音声操作」でオフにできます）。

音声は録音・保存しません。
音声認識は、端末が対応している場合はオンデバイス認識を優先します。端末が対応していない場合は、Appleの音声認識サービスが処理する場合があります。この処理はAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
開発者は音声データを受け取りません。

権限の許可について

これらの権限は、チャレンジを初めて開くときにiOSが確認します。許可しなくてもアプリは使用でき、タイマー・練習メニュー・戦術ボードは制限なく動作します。許可はいつでもiOSの「設定」アプリから取り消せます。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは利用者の氏名、連絡先、生年月日などを収集しません。アプリ内課金では購入履歴のみを扱い、個人を特定する情報は扱いません。App StoreのKidsカテゴリ向けアプリとして提供するものではありません。

7. 健康・医療に関する注意

本アプリは練習の準備と進行を補助するものです。医療上の助言、診断、治療、けがの予防を目的とせず、専門家の指導を代替しません。

8. ポリシーの変更

機能追加などによりデータの取扱いが変わる場合は、このポリシーとApp Store上のプライバシー回答を更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または公開ページで案内します。
